Tasting notes:
Shiny lemon with golden shades. A plethora of aromas are evident such as citrus and jasmine flowers, quince, peach as well as fresh herbs (basil and fresh-cut grass). The flavor has an expressive character with prominent aromas of pear and lily that blend harmoniously with notes of yellow flowers. Delicious minerality and crisp acidity that gives it freshness and long pleasant aftertaste.
 
Food pairing – Serving temperature:
Enjoy it with green salads, seafood and seafood risotto, grilled fish and poultry with creamy sauce as well as pasta.
