Vinification:
Each variety is vinified separately with the technique of classic red vinification. It aged for at least 12 months in French oak barriques in our underground cellars.

Tasting notes:
Deep purple color. Complex, attractive aromas of plums and blackcurrants dominate on an elegant background of vanilla. Aromas of juicy red fruits, marmalade and sweet spices like cloves, dominate in the mouth. Harmonious and well balanced with lively tannins and long fruity finish.
 
Best served at 16-18 °C.
